| Pilates | No-impact exercise that strengthens and tones all major muscle groups in a safe way, in a logical sequence and without neglecting the small muscles. |
| Spinning | Workout that incorporates all types of bike riding experiences, hills, flats, accelerations, and more on a stationary bike with an instructor in a class setting. |
