Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are over age 40, or have cardiovascular risk factors such as smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease.

Aerobics Fitness activity  that uses the same large muscle group, rhythmically for a period of 15 to 20 minutes or longer -- while maintaining 60-80% of your maximum heart rate.  Examples are walking, jogging, swimming, biking, aerobic classes & cross country skiing.
Jazzercise A dance exercise program that blends jazz, dance and exercise science to choreographed music.
Pilates No-impact exercise that strengthens and tones all major muscle groups in a safe way, in a logical sequence and without neglecting the small muscles.
Spinning Workout that incorporates all types of bike riding experiences, hills, flats, accelerations, and more on a stationary bike with an instructor in a class setting.
Yoga The exercise side consists of stretches and poses that focus on the development of strength, flexibility and balance.
