| Our Fitness Expert - Charlene is certified to teach aerobics through the American Council on Exercise, ACE. She has been teaching aerobics for almost eight years and that includes classes for step aerobic, interval training, circuit training, HI/LOW aerobics, Kickboxing, Abdominal classes and toning classes. Charlene also has a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Charlene lives in the state of Texas with her husband and three children. |
